This 1991 Nissan Figaro has come to us direct from film company where it was used on the set of a forthcoming TV drama set in 2005. Only 20,000 Figaros - based on Micra underpinnings - were built at Nissan's Pike Factory, finished in Emerald Green (representing spring), Pale Aqua (representing summer), Topaz Mist (representing autumn) and Lapis Grey (representing winter). This is a Lapis Grey example. It is fitted with a 1.0 turbocharged engine and automatic transmission. There are circa 2000 Figaros in the UK (they were never imported here new). The car was UK-registered in April 2014 and has an MoT to April 2026. Its odometer shows 132,436km. The car runs and drives but there is a whistle from the turbocharger and the roof has been noted as binding. The Figaro was a Category D insurance loss: vehicle damaged but repairable, insurer decided not to repair in November 2016. The only paperwork with the car is the V5C and current MoT certificate.
